Medford Online Programs provide a wide variety of original credit and credit retrieval courses to supplement the educational program at SMHS. Medford has partnered with Edgenuity, a leading provider of online courses, to offer online courses that are aligned to Medford learning targets. These courses offer flexible modular scheduling opportunities to address a wide variety of student needs such as scheduling conflicts, health concerns, and work, athletic or extracurricular commitments. We also offer courses that are not currently available in the traditional classroom. Online courses are not a good fit for every student. Use this self-assessment rubric to determine the likelihood of success in an online course. See your counselor to discuss online course options at your school and to view a current list of Medford approved online courses. All students requesting an online course must complete the “Online Learning Contract.”
