Link Crew

Link Crew consists of upperclassmen who mentor 9th-grade students throughout the year. These students are role models who teach freshmen through culture, climate, and spirit of South Medford High School using the LINK program's curriculum. There are mandatory pieces of training such as May Development Day, Link Leader training in August, FreshStart, and other sessions throughout the year. In addition, these students will be asked to participate in numerous leadership and community service activities.        

Following the FreshStart opening assembly, LINK leaders take freshman students for the first 2.5 hours and do activities and a tour of the school.
